Street Style Fish Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- ½ kg fish (either in the form of pieces or fillets)
- 2 tbsp (or 2 tablespoons) of oil or as needed
[Note, a fillet is a fleshy, boneless piece of meat. It is obtained from near the ribs or the loins of an animal. Just a bit of information here, 1 tablespoon of oil is equivalent to 15mL of oil.
