I learned how to make this spicy tomato-based potato and pea curry from my Mother-in-Law, and it is now a favorite recipe in our house.   Ingredients 2 Eggs, अंडे 1 Onion, finely chopped, प्याज 1 Green chilli, finely chopped, हरी मिर्च ½ tsp Black pepper powder, काली मिर्च का पाउडर ½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, finely chopped, धनिया पत्ती Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन 2 Bread slices, ब्रेड स्लाइस 2 Cheese Slice, चीज स्लाइस Process In a bowl, Break eggs, add onion, green chilli, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt to taste. Whisk everything with a fork for a few seconds. Set aside. In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add in the omelette mixture to the pan. Swirl the pan so the omelette mixture evenly spreads and covers the width of the pan. Add two bread slices on top of the omelette. Immediately flip the bread. A little bit of the egg mixture would stick to the bread. Cook for 30 seconds on a medium flame. Now, flip the omelette along with the bread slices. Fold the omelette on the bread from all the sides. Boondi curry tastes yum and goes very well with roti and jeeera rice both. There are two ways of making boondi ki sabzi.
