Flinders Go Beyond Scholarships are offered to the future international students who are planning to pursue their studies at Flinders University. Awarded as a tuition fee reduction for students who want to study in Australia in an industry-driven degree program at Flinders University.

  • Provides a 25% reduction in the tuition fees for the first two semesters of a degree program.
  • Awarded to international students at Flinders University.
  • Available to both undergraduate and postgraduate students at the university.
  • Eligible programs include study areas such as Business, Creative Arts, Education, Engineering, Environment, Government, Information technology, Law, Psychology, Public health, Science, and Social Work.

Eligibility Criteria

The Flinders Go Beyond Scholarship is available to the brilliant international students at Flinders University. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicant must:

  • be a new student
  • be a full fee-paying international student
  • be enrolling in an eligible program commencing in Semester 1 and 2, 2020
  • meet the standard admission entry requirements such as-
    • English language requirements
    • Any prerequisites or work experience, etc.
  • meet the academic requirements at Flinders University

Application Process

Applicants for Flinders Go Beyond Scholarships are not required to file a separate application for the scholarship. Applications submitted by an applicant for admissions to Flinders University will be assessed for scholarship eligibility.

Applicants must-

  • Select an eligible UG or PG program
  • Confirm their entry requirements
  • Confirm scholarship eligibility
  • Submit an admission application to the university

Once the admission application has been submitted, students will be assessed and if successful, confirmation of the scholarship will be sent within the Letter of Offer.


Selection Process

The Flinders Go Beyond Scholarship is open to all the prospective international students who have received an offer letter from the university to continue an eligible course (for scholarship) from Flinders University.

The selection for the scholarship is done on the basis of the-

  • Admission application submitted
  • Academic scores
  • English language proficiency scores
  • Work Experience

Delivery of Go Beyond Scholarship

  • The scholarship will be paid directly into the student’s tuition fee account for the first two semesters of the degree course.
  • The scholarship will offer a reduction in the tuition fee and will not cover the costs of any non-tuition fees, student visas to Australia, overseas health cover, living expenses or any other costs linked with living in Adelaide or studying at Flinders University.
  • The scholarship is not transferable to a third party.
  • If the recipient voluntarily withdraws from Flinders University without completing half of the units required for the course, the recipient will be liable to repay the value of the scholarship disbursed from the date of admission to the date of withdrawal.

Upon successful selection, the confirmation is sent within the Offer Letter. Recipients are required to return the course Acceptance Form and the Go Beyond Scholarship Acceptance Form for the scholarship to be awarded.
